How to contribute to our vision

  • Acts as an Internal Project Manager clarifying the requirements and specifications, during the assessment phase.

  • Designs and develops solutions, and timeline, milestones and budget needed in the project.

  • Coordinates resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.

  • Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and/or internal areas. * Responsible for meeting all project milestones and objectives.

  • Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.

  • Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.

  • Ensures proper documentation of project results, and of all products or technologies delivered.

  • Adheres to PM standards defined, and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in an Engineering, Information Technology disciplines or Business Administration. Advanced degree may substitute for experience, where applicable.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Ability to own and drive lean and information systems projects and take ownership for related productivity.

  • A passion for key performance metrics, using them to communicate status and demonstrate improvements.

  • Team skills and be able to collaboratively work with peers across all levels of the business both local and international.

  • Spanish:intermediate

  • English: advanced

  • Portuguese would be a plus

  • Project Management Certification (PMI or IPMA)
