The Head of Talent & Operations is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent acquisition, management, change management and organizational culture, performance management, training and development, and compensation.

She/he will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors. Additionally, the Head of Talent & Operations will be responsible for organizing and supervising office activities, managing suppliers for IT support and controlling company’s hardware property, being part of the company's Leadership Team.

Note: aligned with our purpose of bringing diversity on the agenda, this vacancy will preferably be occupied by a woman.

**Requirements**:
**When it comes to your technical skills and soft skills**:

- Leadership ability;
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
- Experience with legal and labor processes;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Past experience with Agile;
- Knowledge with creation and optimization of Learning & Development, as well as the process of Performance Appraisal;
- Executive level exposure to compensation and benefits, HR IT systems, and ability to lead internal HR teams;
- Deep understanding of labor laws impacting day-to-day operations;
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
