RedCloud enables FMCG Brands to seize new opportunities in emerging markets, facilitates access to more buyers & streamlines operations for Distributors, and helps Local Merchants spend more time selling products, not searching for them.

The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

The role:

Managing a team of sales representatives, you will act as an integral part of the enterprise sales team, nurturing and developing both inbound and outbound leads. Your responsibilities will include identifying key sales initiatives, driving adoption through the sales process and developing a high performance sales culture. You will work closely with internal teams across Marketing and Product to support expanding our reach and utilize localised research and market analysis to bring our Value Proposition to life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition across distributors and brands by closely collaborating with the Business Development team to source, qualify, and progress leads.
  • Demonstrate strong account management abilities to drive revenue growth.
  • Create, drive, and own strategic account plans for your territory.
  • Implement a value-based sales approach using a structured and disciplined sales method such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or similar.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets by increasing sales and profitability from each account.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Conduct effective online demos for prospects.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Serve as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
  • Demonstrate experience managing major national accounts at the head office level.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Experience within a fast-growing tech start-up.
  • Experience selling payment, platform solutions, eCommerce, or marketplace solutions.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable positioning and selling high-value software platforms in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Based in São Paulo.
