Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required. A postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) will be considered a strong asset.
Language : Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered a plus.
Experience : Experience in Sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in international hotel brands.
Proven track record of driving commercial results, managing P&L structures, and leading high‑performing sales teams.
Strong background in strategic account management, business development, and multichannel sales strategy.
Advanced knowledge of hotel revenue management, market segmentation, and commercial analytics.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and lead organizational change with resilience and empathy.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools (Hyatt systems experience is an advantage).
