Director, SAP CoP - Order to Cash Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications related to Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales Experience.
2. Leading the program of software renovation within the SAP COP, with a focus on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
3. Providing input to sales, logistics, and commercial controls for software and applications on both regional and global levels.
4. Collaborating with management and overseeing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
5. Exploring opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.
6. Ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.

Requirements:

1. 8-10 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
2. 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP business processes such as SD, LE-TRA, OTC, Credit Management.
3. Experience as a people manager with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
4. Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.
5. At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version.
6. Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
9. Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
10. General technical background and understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.
11. CPG Business processes experience is a plus.

Education/Certifications:

SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.

Travel requirements: 30 – 60%
