What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage all aspects of global real estate transactions, overseeing both outsourced service providers and an internal team
  • Implement global real estate strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for the employer
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, and operations teams, to support real estate initiatives
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, building inspections, and risk assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly in international markets
  • Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and portfolios
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
