A leading technology firm in Brazil seeks an experienced SAP HANA FICO professional. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in support projects, with a strong background in S4HANA and SAP FICO. Responsibilities include assisting users with problem resolution, providing Root Cause Analysis, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders within the organization. Proficiency in Advanced English is required for this role.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in support projects.
• 2+ years of experience in S4HANA.
• Experience in working in IT production support system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis and communicate with all levels of users and teams.
