The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing customer experience through effective team management and collaboration.

R&D Partners is seeking a Clinical Site Service Supervisor - LATAM to lead and support a team in delivering exceptional clinical site services. This role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring performance and compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in driving study results and enhancing the customer experience.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily tasks and operations of the team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Collaborate with staffing partners to address hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about recruitment trends and technologies in the LATAM region.
  • Set clear goals for the team and provide support to achieve them.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching as needed.
  • Organize and lead team meetings.
  • Manage workload distribution and assess team utilization regularly.
  • Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate updates and escalations to leadership.
  • Present weekly progress reports to sponsors.
  • Act as a point of escalation for site-related issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and solve problems proactively.
  • Review and understand study protocols.

  • Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements in LATAM regions.
  • Ability to work remotely with a proper home office setup.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science‑related field or equivalent experience.
