What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms across assigned business lines
• Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance in writing states
• Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies within Business Insurance
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for assigned products
• Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with a working knowledge of product management
• Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
• Strong oral and technical writing communication skills with attention to detail
• Advanced leadership and organizational skills
