For multinational based in the city of São Paulo.

Reporting to the CEO.

Responsible for People Management, Sustainability and Communication.

Focused on organizational transformation. Experience in Change Management.

Strong experience in organizational development, climate and culture management, integration, leadership development by competencies, retention and succession.

Experience in Compensation and Benefit negotiation along with Health Plan, Life Insurance, Private Pension providers.

Management of Diversity and Inclusion Committees, DPO (Code of Ethics), Compliance, Risks and LGPD.

Monitor new actions in terms of sustainability, social and governance acting as a link between the business areas to implement them locally, with a focus on social engagement and the company's reputation.

Graduation in Law, Psychology, Administration - post graduation in HR Management.

Fluent English and Spanish.
