Caterpillar's Construction Industries Customer Solutions Core Region is hiring a Sales Manager!

Role Definition

Lead a team comprised of business development and sales experts to achieve division goals to drive increased customer results.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market.
  • Develop sales plan and manage customer funnel to achieve business plan targets for company products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through iterative management of listening to customer feedback and developing offerings.
  • Lead the selling opportunities identification, customer‑back solutions offerings, satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Summary Pay Range

$156,000.00 - $234,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
