We are looking for a Business Account Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of our rapidly growing customer base.
Your Role
You will contribute to our clients’ success by :
- Ensuring the satisfaction and retention of your client portfolio.
- Onboarding suppliers and clients onto our platform to guarantee optimal use of our services.
- Creating and validating new projects — verifying the correct configuration of supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, and processing purchase orders.
- Closely monitoring project renewals and managing purchase order receptions.
- Maintaining strong alignment and collaboration with Account Managers.
- Ensuring a seamless billing process through close coordination with the Finance team.
- Continuously improving our sales administration processes by sharing feedback and ideas that enhance the value we deliver to clients.
- Providing additional support when needed to meet business objectives.
About You
You are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or a related service field (preferably within digital products).
- A degree in Communication, Management, IT, Business, or a similar field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complexity and pay close attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
