What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and oversee the billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including understanding CRM (HubSpot) processes
• Lead collections efforts to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to review contracts for revenue implications
• Prepare and present revenue‑related reports to senior leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
