What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Contact all borrowers within 24 hours after an initial loan consultation
• Accurately pre-approve all eligible borrowers and handle payment scenario requests
• Onboard newly received contracts and submit loan applications for processing
• Maintain communication with borrowers and Realtor partners to ensure timely loan closures
• Resolve loan issues proactively to ensure 95%+ of loans close on time

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must maintain an active NMLS license or be willing to get licensed immediately
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
• Proficiency in DU/DO, LP, and major investor guidelines
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Ability to speak, write, and effectively communicate in Spanish with Spanish-speaking borrowers
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (ARIVE, Lending Pad, etc)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
