Sales & E-Commerce Operations Manager (Remote) About Mariell Mariell is a leading designer and supplier of bridal jewelry, accessories, and gifts, serving both retail consumers and over 300 boutique partners across the U.S. and abroad. Our brand has been featured by top bridal retailers and has built a loyal following on Amazon and through our wholesale e-commerce site.

We’re entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership, focused on modernizing our e-commerce operations and expanding our wholesale relationships.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Sales & E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of Mariell’s online and wholesale sales channels. This full-time, remote role will serve as the owner’s right hand, managing Amazon and wholesale accounts, maintaining product listings and inventory, and providing excellent customer service and operational follow-through. This person will play a key role in growing the brand’s online presence and strengthening relationships with our 200–300 boutique retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon & E-Commerce Management

Manage Mariell’s Amazon Seller Central account, including listing updates, new product launches, and inventory forecasting / replenishment.

  • Coordinate with advertising agency partners to monitor and optimize Amazon campaigns.
  • Oversee product photography, copy accuracy, pricing, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Monitor reviews, customer messages, and feedback; respond promptly and maintain high seller ratings.
  • Collaborate with the owner and creative team to add new SKUs and discontinue underperforming listings.
Wholesale & Volusion Store Management

Oversee daily operations of the Mariell wholesale portal (Volusion).

  • Process and fulfill wholesale orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update wholesale pricing, inventory availability, and featured collections online.
  • Manage relationships with ~200–300 boutique accounts: assist with reorders, product questions, and new line introductions.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to wholesale customers to drive repeat orders and introduce new product lines.
Customer Service & Administration

Serve as the first point of contact for retail and wholesale inquiries.

  • Track and manage inventory flow between suppliers, the 3PL warehouse, and sales channels.
  • Liaise with the 3PL on inbound / outbound shipments, stock adjustments, and replenishment planning.
  • Support owner on administrative tasks such as vendor correspondence, pricing updates, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with social media partners or assist directly in scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
Growth & Project Support

Assist in launching new initiatives such as new product categories, seasonal campaigns, and retailer outreach.

  • Develop streamlined SOPs for daily and weekly operations (inventory, listings, customer communication).
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications

- 3+ years in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, or online retail operations.

  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and at least one e-commerce CMS (Volusion, Shopify, or similar).
  • Strong organization, written communication, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and service communication.
  • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel), Gmail, and online inventory systems.
  • Preferred: Experience working with 3PLs, managing wholesale accounts, or operating in the bridal / fashion / accessories category.
Work Environment & Benefits

Remote; must work U.S. business hours (Central time preferred).

  • Full time (40 hours / week), Monday–Friday; standard U.S. holidays off.
  • Reports to: Owner (Ethan Moore, ECM Jewelry LLC).
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience; opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
