Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts related to infrastructure and construction projects, including EPC, BOO, O&M, service agreements, supply of goods, lease, MoU, NDAs, etc.
Provide legal advice for Supply Chain and Project Management teams on contractual matters and claims.
Issue legal opinions for a wide range of subjects, such as civil law, real estate, and regulatory and competition law.
Support in litigation management (outsourced to law firms).
Requirements and Qualifications
7 to 10 years of experience in the infrastructure, construction, or power generation industries (as in-house counsel or associated in law firm).
Solid experience in writing, reviewing, and negotiating infrastructure contracts in English and Portuguese.
Graduate from a top-notch Brazilian law school.
Fluency in English (the working language of the company; will be tested during the interview).
Desirable knowledge of Spanish (not mandatory).
Availability to travel.
