What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Document processes, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate tools and resources
• Conduct in-depth client business process reviews and prepare solution designs
• Provide guidance and direction as the subject matter expert to both internal and client implementation teams
• Develop financial and operational reports for clients and conduct end-user training

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, CIS, or a related area is required; a Master’s degree in accounting is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of Sage Intacct implementation experience
• At least 1 year of Sage Intacct implementation project management experience
• Proficiency in additional software platforms such as Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle complex topics diplomatically
