We are seeking a Product Sales Expert (PSE) to drive regional growth for a specific product or product group and translate company strategy into actionable go-to-market plans.

Role Description

We’re seeking a Product Sales Expert (PSE)—a key individual contributor responsible for driving regional growth of a specific product or product group. In this role, you will translate company strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, enable sales teams with the right product expertise, and engage directly with customers to accelerate adoption and revenue. Strong experience in Mobile Identity is essential, as you will work closely with this product line to ensure successful market penetration and business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own regional execution & growth: Build and run the regional business plan for your product(s) with clear revenue and margin targets.
  • Enable and sell: Train and support sellers, engage in strategic cycles, and negotiate independently end to end when needed.
  • Mobile Identity focus: Drive solutions, with working knowledge of number portability and security processes.
  • Work with MNOs: Engage mobile network operators and ecosystem partners to craft offers, integrations, and joint GTM motions.
  • Be the product champion: Stay on top of features, benefits, competitive moves, and market trends—be the region’s go-to expert.
  • Close the loop with HQ: Channel customer and competitor insights to HQ teams to influence roadmap, packaging, and positioning.
  • Align to scale: Partner with HQ so product strategies ladder up to overall regional sales objectives.
Qualifications
Must-haves
  • Proven selling experience (Product Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions, or similar) with measurable impact on revenue.
  • Mobile Identity background: Hands‑on experience selling/implementing identity solutions with operators (e.g., number verification, KYC, fraud/SIM‑swap), understanding number portability and security processes.
  • MNO experience: Comfortable navigating the mobile operator commercial and technical ecosystem (stakeholders, partnerships, co‑sell motions).
  • Independent negotiation: Capable of running complex, multi‑stakeholder deals on your own when required.
  • Stakeholder management & communication: Effective bridge between regional sales and global teams.
Nice-to-haves
  • GTM strategy: Ability to design and execute a regional GTM (account prioritization, motions, channels, pricing/packaging).
  • Track record selling identity solutions into banks, fintechs, wallets, super apps, e‑commerce, ride‑hailing, or other high‑verification industries.
  • Multi‑country regional experience and partnerships with carriers/operators.
