Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the real estate arm of the company. The company currently manages 1 residential property. You will monitor the current operations as well as strategize on ways to obtain more properties to manage in future. You will also be encouraged to recruit agents to get the brokerage and leasing side of the business growing.

We are also looking at developing residential properties by early next year. You will be tasked to finding suitable land to develop. The company wants to start developing houses and selling them within 10 - 12 month timelines starting in 2023. You will be managing these projects with the assistance of our contracting teams.
