Super Soccer Stars is seeking energetic youth coaches to lead classes for children ages 1–5 across our Long Island and Queens locations. You’ll use a positive, non‑competitive approach, provide individual attention, and help kids develop soccer basics and social skills.

Flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance or become a franchise owner are offered. Must have driver's license and be willing to travel to local schools.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to local schools; more travel means more work.
• We have locations all across Long Island.
• Passion for sports/fitness and for working with young children (ages 1–5).
• Background in fitness is a plus (athletics, dance, etc.).
• Background working with children is a plus (camp counselor, teacher, coach).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Show up on time for every class to set themselves up for success.
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Use a non‑competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Be open‑minded, trust coaching is a continuous journey, and be open to feedback by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Soccer Stars is the leading youth sports program for children ages 12 months to 13 years in Long Island and Eastern Queens. Our acclaimed program provides an energetic, enjoyable, and age‑suitable introduction to the fantastic game of soccer by providing classes, camps, and clinics held in schools, community centers, and local parks. We take pride in our creative curriculum, which focuses not only on soccer skills but also on fostering social skills and character development, creating a positive and lasting impact on every child we coach. We also offer multisport programs as well as non‑contact martial arts programs!

• Background working with children is a plus (camp counselor, elementary education substitute teacher, coach, etc.).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
