Jet Import is seeking a Young Graduate Operations to support the purchase and logistics management. You will forecast and order goods, monitor arrivals, and coordinate with suppliers while processing stock in the system.

You will engage in new supply chain projects and develop hands-on experience in operational facets, with a view to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, logistics management or operations.
• Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Take lead in new projects and ensure implementation and progress follow-up.
• Set priorities effectively and stay results-oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good basis in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting the goods to be ordered.
• Place orders for goods.

Young Graduate Supply Chain

As a Young Graduate Operations you are responsible for the purchase and you support the logistics manager in various daily activities, such as:

• preparing the forecasting of the goods to be ordered
• the actual ordering of the goods
• monitoring the incoming goods
• the follow‑up with the suppliers/brand owners
• coordinating with the suppliers/brand owners regarding deviations in the deliveries
• the internal processing of the incoming goods in the systems
• counting stocks
• making plans, etc.

In addition to gaining experience in the various (operational) facets of the supply chain, you will also be involved in new supply chain oriented projects.

• You have a Master's degree in an economic direction, preferably with a focus on logistics management or Operations
• You can work independently, but you are also a team player who has strong social skills
• You like to take the lead in new projects and also take the lead in the implementation and concrete follow‑up of progress
• You know how to set the right priorities and you are also result‑oriented
• You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in Dutch and you have a good basis in French and English
