Hive-X is seeking a Solution Architect to define and ensure the consistency of the Xurrent solution while aligning with ITSM strategy and existing systems. This role involves solution design, integration, governance, and communication with IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant ITSM architecture experience, knowledge of ITIL processes, and excellent communication skills, with a bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in ITSM / SIAM architecture.
• Very good knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL v4 certification is a minimum.
• Experience in integrating ITSM tools.

Responsabilités

• Define the target architecture around Xurrent.
• Design integrations with existing tools.
• Participate in communication with IT teams, users, and suppliers.
