Wibra in Sint-Niklaas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain an attractive store image. You’ll open the shop, allocate tasks, and support colleagues throughout the day. Coaching and strong planning are essential.

This is a 32–36 hour contract with a four‑day week. Salary ranges from €2,414.01 to €2,709.23 gross per month, plus a 20% staff discount and room to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as sales assistant, supervisor, or assistant store manager.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Open the store and coordinate daily tasks.
• Coach colleagues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain stock, shelve displays, and act on weekly promotions.
