STE G MANN BELGIUM is seeking a motivated purchasing and stock control professional to join our operations in Olen. You will handle the procurement of technical components, manage stock, and support maintenance initiatives.

Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential to ensure timely deliveries and project support. The role focuses on accurate order processing, cost comparison, and proactive stock management to maintain smooth production and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or procurement processes.
• Strong organizational and stock management skills.
• Good communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Purchase technical parts and consumables from approved suppliers.
• Request, compare, and analyse supplier quotations.
• Process orders, deliveries, and invoices timely and accurately.
• Manage technical warehouse stocks and spare parts inventory.
• Oversee stock levels of critical components and spares.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Assist in coordinating small technical projects and improvements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and track performance.
