CTRL-F NV is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction site operations from start-up to completion, with a strong focus on planning, communication and quality control.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients, coach foremen and workers, detect risks, and contribute to technical solutions with your project leader.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in infrastructure, excellent Dutch and good French/English, and a proven track record in organizing complex sites efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of work experience in infrastructure works.
• Bachelor Bouwkunde/Landmeten of Industrieel Bouwkunde.
• Excellent Dutch, basic French and English.
• Natural flair for organization and planning.
• Flexibility and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities on site.

Are you a born organiser with a passion for the construction industry? As a Site Manager, you are the key figure on our construction sites. You will ensure that everything on site runs smoothly and safely, from start-up to completion. The position requires a strong focus on planning, communication and quality control, while working with subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You will coach a team of workers and foremen, detect risks and opportunities, and contribute to technical solutions in collaboration with your project leader.

Ervaren leider met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte instelling gezocht. Je beschikt over minimaal 5 a 10 jaar werkervaring in infrastructuurwerken.

• Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, basiskennis Frans en Engels.
