Q Jobs Genk is seeking an energetic electrical automation technician to join our field team on HVAC projects. You will contribute to cabling and automation work on site, following technical plans and client requirements to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will read drawings and BOMs, support the start-up of automatic controls, collaborate with colleagues, and help optimize processes while addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation environments and cable work; automation and HVAC focus is a plus.
• Fluent ability to read drawings and bills of materials.

Responsabilités

• You contribute to timely, high-quality, and safe cabling and automation work on HVAC projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to pull cables—from fine control conduits to heavy power cables—and connect HVAC components per plans and client requirements.
• Read plans and verify drawings and material lists.
• Assist with the commissioning of automatic controls.
• Suggest improvements within your department and in collaboration with other teams.
• Actively seek solutions when faults or deviations occur.

Overview

Werfelektricien Automatisatie – Ben jij gebeten door elektriciteit en automatisatie? Werfelektricien automatisatie op werven met afwisseling.

Responsibilities

• Je staat mee in voor een tijdige, kwaliteitsvolle en veilige uitvoering van bekabelings- en automatisatiewerken bij HVAC-installatieprojecten.
• Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor het trekken van kabels — van fijne stuurleidingen tot zware voedingskabels — en sluit je HVAC-componenten correct aan volgens de technische plannen en klantvereisten.
• Lees je plannen en controleer je tekeningen en materiaallijsten.
• Ondersteun je bij de opstart van automatische regelingen.
• Denk je mee over verbeteringen binnen je afdeling en de samenwerking met andere teams.
• Zoek je actief naar oplossingen bij fouten of afwijkingen.

Requirements

• Ervaring met installatie-omgeving en kabelwerk; focus op automatisatie en HVAC is een plus.
• Vloeiende kennis van tekeningen en materiaallijsten lezen.
