Select HR Belgium is helping our client in Antwerp recruit a night‑shift warehouse worker. You will manually sort parcels, check for damage, restack boxes, unload trucks and perform general warehouse tasks in a sorting center.

Responsibilities emphasise accuracy, independence, and flexibility; the role requires lifting up to 20 kg and basic Dutch or English. Night shifts run 2:00–7:00, Monday–Friday, with a night shift premium and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Good basic knowledge of Dutch or English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and in a physically demanding role.
• Experience with or willingness to learn BT pallet truck is a plus.

• Checking parcels for damage and correct processing.
• Restacking boxes from one pallet to another.

As a warehouse worker in the night shift, your responsibilities include:

• Manually sorting parcels and placing them on the conveyor belt;
• Checking parcels for damage and ensuring correct processing;
• Restacking boxes from one pallet to another;
• Manually unloading trucks;
• Performing general warehouse and logistics tasks within the sorting center.

As a warehouse worker in the night shift, you can expect:

• An attractive gross hourly wage of €15.64.
• Working hours: from 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• A night shift premium on top of your salary.
• Meal vouchers worth €8 for each day worked.
• A commuting allowance for your travel to and from work.

As a warehouse worker in the night shift, you have the following profile:

• Physical work does not scare you. You are willing and able to lift parcels weighing up to 20 kg.
• You have a good basic knowledge of Dutch or English.
• You work accurately, independently, and flexibly.
• Experience with a BT (electric pallet truck) is an advantage. A valid BT certificate is considered a plus.
