PROMAN Jobs Pelt in Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for the full logistics process and owning multiple operational and strategic domains. You will coordinate incoming, outgoing and stored goods while leading a cohesive team across the entire warehouse and logistics spectrum.

The role emphasizes driving efficiency, risk management and continuous improvement, with close collaboration with Engineering and Technical Services.

Responsabilités

• You coordinate timely, correct and efficient processing of incoming, outgoing and stored goods.
• You guarantee excellent service and correct delivery to both internal and external customers.
• You lead all warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory management, warehouse management, transport planning, storage processes and customs-related activities.
• You identify improvement opportunities and formulate recommendations on optimization, efficiency and process improvement.
• You perform risk analyses for new projects, operational changes and customer inquiries.
• You lead a team of Material Handlers, Logistic Operators and Logistic Officers, providing coaching, development and performance management.
• You implement efficient workflows and optimal management of the Technical Warehouse and machinery.
• You coordinate the handling, disposal and sale of end-of-life machines, utilities and MRO materials in collaboration with Engineering and Technical Services.
• You manage relationships, contracts and performance of external logistics partners.
• You initiate and realize warehouse and logistics improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
• You are responsible for the management and monitoring of waste streams.
• You ensure efficient management of Utilities and the Technical Warehouse.
• You analyze logistics KPIs, prepare reports and monitor warehouse performance.
• You act as an internal expert and advise other European sites on logistics issues and operational challenges.

Als Warehouse Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke proces en neem je ownership over verschillende operationele en strategische domeinen:

• Je coördineert een tijdige, correcte en efficiënte verwerking van inkomende, uitgaande en opgeslagen goederen.
• Je garandeert een uitstekende service en correcte levering aan zowel interne als externe klanten.
• Je stuurt alle magazijn- en logistieke activiteiten aan, waaronder voorraadbeheer, warehouse management, transportplanning, opslagprocessen en douanegerelateerde activiteiten.
• Je identificeert verbeterkansen en formuleert aanbevelingen rond optimalisatie, efficiëntie en procesverbetering.
• Je voert risicoanalyses uit bij nieuwe projecten, operationele veranderingen en klantenvragen.
• Je geeft leiding aan een team van Material Handlers, Logistic Operators en Logistic Officers en zorgt voor coaching, ontwikkeling en performantiebeheer.
• Je implementeert efficiënte werkstromen en een optimaal beheer van het Technical Warehouse en machinepark.
• Je coördineert de verwerking, afvoer en verkoop van buiten gebruik gestelde machines, utilities en MRO-materialen in samenwerking met Engineering en Technical Services.
• Je beheert relaties, contracten en prestaties van externe logistieke partners.
• Je initieert en realiseert warehouse- en logistieke verbeterprojecten in functie van bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de opvolging van afvalstromen.
• Je waarborgt een efficiënt beheer van Utilities en het Technical Warehouse.
• Je analyseert logistieke KPI's, stelt rapportages op en bewaakt de prestaties van het warehouse.
