Devos Services, part of the Devos Group, is seeking an experienced truck driver to serve as the on-road ambassador for our family business. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of fresh products within Belgium and beyond, while maintaining proper loading, temperature control, and cargo care.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, completing transport documents, and coordinating with planning to ensure seamless deliveries. A hands-on mentality is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and a valid truck driving license.
• Ability to maintain correct temperature throughout transport.
• Experience with domestic routes and occasional international trips.
• Careful handling of fruit and cargo during loading, transport and unloading.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload the truck with care for products and equipment.
• Primarily perform domestic trips, with occasional international trips.
• Monitor and maintain correct temperature during transport.
• Handle fruit with care and ensure proper cargo treatment.
• Accurately fill out and maintain trip documents, delivery notes and transport administration.
• Collaborate closely with planning and colleagues to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Demonstrate hands-on mentality.

Description du poste

Als vrachtwagenchauffeur bij Devos Services ben jij het visitekaartje van ons familiebedrijf op de weg. Je zorgt voor een veilige, correcte en tijdige levering van onze verse producten, zowel binnen België als daarbuiten.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

• Laden en lossen van de vrachtwagen met zorg voor onze producten en ons materiaal.
• Voornamelijk uitvoeren van binnenlandse ritten, met af en toe een buitenlandse rit.
• Controleren en bewaken van de juiste temperatuur tijdens het transport.
• Zorgvuldig omgaan met het fruit en instaan voor een correcte behandeling van de lading.
• Correct invullen en bijhouden van ritdocumenten, leveringsbonnen en transportadministratie.
• Nauw samenwerken met de planning en collega’s om elke levering vlot te laten verlopen.
