Your mission will be to support UCB’s external operations in a transversal manner (drug substance and drug product).

• Collect and consolidate data from various stakeholders
• Perform data analyses to assess operational performance and efficiency
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes
• Contribute to the development and tracking of reporting and key performance indicators
• Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Support an ongoing strategic program and its structuring
• Contribute to the digitalization of activities, with a medium- to long-term perspective on automation and the use of AI

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree
• Professional proficiency in French and English required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Interest in data and IT tools (solid knowledge or strong willingness to learn)

Please note that the strict eligibility conditions for this program are as follows:

• Be between 18 and 28 years old;
• Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;
• Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;
• Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;
• If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
• Have a clean criminal record.
