• Handle phone and email inquiries accurately and with a customer-centric approach.
• Enter and follow up orders in the ERP system.
• Manage the stores with order, overview and efficient goods flow as if it were your own business.
• Creatively present commercial actions in the showroom.
• Assist in the warehouse: pick orders and manage stock.
