Zanders, a leading international treasury consulting firm, seeks a Treasury Advisory Manager in Antwerp with 6–10 years in treasury, technology and transformation. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in treasury, treasury technology, or related consulting.
• Experience delivering treasury projects, preferably with Treasury Management Systems or treasury process improvement.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes, cash management, payments and liquidity management.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead treasury technology and treasury transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
• Advise clients on treasury processes, operating models and technology solutions to support business objectives.
• Support Treasury Management System (TMS) selection, implementation, optimisation and integration projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with treasury, finance and project stakeholders across client organisations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and contribute to business development activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and coach consultants as part of project teams, supporting their growth and development.
• Contribute to the development and sharing of treasury technology expertise, methodologies and best practices.
• Represent Zanders at relevant industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
