Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Trade Compliance & Transportation Lead for Orthopaedics to guide transportation operations, customs compliance, and regulatory processes across the regional supply chain.

You will supervise carriers, brokers, and logistics partners, implement governance, and drive improvements in service, cost and compliance while ensuring GDP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business or related.
• Significant experience in Transportation, Customs, Trade Compliance, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export operations.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills; relevant certifications desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation operations across sites, distribution centres, suppliers and customers.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Oversee service performance, delivery reliability, freight costs and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on service, quality, cost and compliance.
• Establish governance, KPI reporting and supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and GDP requirements.
• Support transportation planning to maintain uninterrupted product flow.
• Lead customs and trade compliance across the region; manage authorisations and licenses.
