Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a bathroom renovation worker to join a small, permanent team. You will work on complete bathroom renovations under a foreman, handling gypsum boards, finishing work, and material handovers.

Projects are in your region, with predictable days and a strong emphasis on quality and neat finishes. You should have hands-on experience in bathroom renovation or interior finishing, be accurate, and communicate with customers in Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom renovation, interior finishing, or general finishing.
• Ability to work with gyproc and chape or other finishing work.
• Accurate with an eye for detail and a neat, safe workflow.
• Speak and understand Dutch fluently; communicate customer-friendly.

As a bathroom renovation worker, you are an important link in the complete renovation process.You work under the supervision of a foreman and perform various tasks:You protect the home and carefully seal off the work area so that dust and dirt spread as little as possible.You help with the preparatory and demolition work.You carry out various structural and finishing works.You install drywall walls and ceilings.You help with pouring and leveling screed.You prepare the bathroom completely for the next phase of the renovation.You support the tiler by handing over materials, cutting tiles, and carrying out preparatory work.You carry out smaller finishing works.You seal, install skirting boards, and help provide a neat final finish.You carry out small sanitary or electrical support works where necessary.You ensure that the home and work area are left as clean and orderly as possible every day.You correctly register your worked hours and performed tasks.So you are not just an ordinary "handyman or handywoman" who comes by now and then to do a job somewhere. Together with your colleagues, you help build a complete end result where quality and finishing are central.
