Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a skilled TIG welder to join a small team. You will perform TIG welding on workpieces, prepare materials and methods, and ensure precision in joints and assemblies.

The role requires reading technical drawings, maintaining equipment, and occasionally assisting on-site installations. A2 technical diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• At least an A2 diploma in a technical field or the same amount of experience
• Experience in TIG welding and mechanical assembly
• Eye for fine finishing and precision work
• Basic experience with electrode and semi-automatic welding is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of pneumatics and electricity is a plus
• Persistent, independent and able to work in a small team

Responsabilités

• Perform TIG welding on workpieces and make precise weld joints
• Prepare the welding work, choose the right materials and welding methods
• Set the machines correctly
• Check the welding work and the assemblies
• Carry out small repairs and finishing work on the weld
• Keep track of the administration of your work
• Perform basic maintenance on the machines and installations
• Occasionally go along for installation at our customers
• Cooperate on new solutions and think along about the welding and assembly process
