GSK in Belgium seeks a logistics and supply chain professional to lead LSP governance, monitor performance, and align costs across the distribution network. A university degree in a related field and SAP experience are required.

You will optimize end-to-end distribution, review SOPs, and support CAPA processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve patient access to medicines.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, operations management, supply chain management.
• Consolidated experience in supply chain management/logistics/transportation/warehousing.
• Understanding of the E2E distribution model with focus on savings/improvements.
• Fluent English.
• Relevant experience in logistics/transportation/warehousing.
• Proven experience with SAP.

• Lead LSP operational meeting (governances, action tracker, follow up, challenge KPIs reported).
• Track the performance of LSP’s teams to monitor their efficiency: Right First-Time service, data transferred to VDP.
• Support Investigation/Deviation and CAPA.
• Ensure consistency between logistics service provided and invoiced costs.
• Own the Route Assessment process.
• Support in reviewing SOP/WKI.
• Responsible for Master Data Change Request.
