ALMECO is seeking a technical draftsman to contribute to the design and development of industrial installations. You will translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans used by production and installation teams.

You will work on diverse projects such as ventilation systems, water treatment installations and industrial furnaces, building detailed 3D models and ensuring feasibility and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience creating comprehensive technical drawings and schematics from project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure manufacturability.
• Ability to collaborate with design, production and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and modeling of technical plans, including assemblies, schematics, detail drawings and BOMs for sheet metal, structures, piping and mechanical parts using SolidWorks.
• Build detailed 3D models of components and assemblies with feasibility and cost considerations.
• Provide technical support by analyzing specifications and proposing design solutions, and maintain plans with proper archiving.

Als technisch tekenaar speel je een belangrijke rol in het ontwerp- en ontwikkelproces van onze industriële installaties. Je vertaalt technische ideeën en projectvereisten naar duidelijke, uitvoerbare plannen die onze productie- en installatieteams rechtstreeks gebruiken. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten zoals ventilatiesystemen, waterbehandelingsinstallaties en industriële ovens.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Ontwerp & modellering
  • Je maakt volledige technische plannen op: samenstellingen, schema’s, detailplannen en stuklijsten voor o.a. plaatwerk, constructies, leidingen en mechanische onderdelen, voornamelijk in SolidWorks.
  • Je bouwt gedetailleerde 3D-modellen van onderdelen en complexe assemblages, met oog voor technische haalbaarheid en kostoptimalisatie.
• Technische ondersteuning
  • Je analyseert mee de technische specificaties en werkt geschikte ontwerpvoorstellen uit rekening houdend met productie- en installatiemogelijkheden.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging, aanpassing en archivering van technische plannen.
• Samenwerking & continue verbetering
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals het studiebureau en productie om kwaliteit en deadlines te garanderen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van teken- en ontwerpmethoden door jouw open mindset en betrokkenheid.
