Jobat is seeking a capable estimator for a leading infrastructure and mobility contractor in Belgium. You will analyze specifications, plans and tender dossiers, and prepare precise calculations and offers based on technical documentation.

You will develop bill of quantities from execution plans, support the project preparation for road markings and traffic infrastructure, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Jobomschrijving

• Analyseren van bestekken, plannen, meetstaten en aanbestedingsdossiers.
• Opstellen van nauwkeurige calculaties en offertes op basis van technische documentatie.
• Uitwerken van meetstaten aan de hand van uitvoeringsplannen.
• Ondersteunen van de werkvoorbereiding van projecten binnen wegmarkeringen en verkeersinfrastructuur.
• Actief meedenken over efficiënte en technisch haalbare uitvoeringsmethodes.
• Onderhouden van contacten met interne stakeholders, leveranciers en projectteams.
• Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van de calculatieafdeling.
• Samenwerken binnen een ervaren team waar kennisdeling en ondersteuning centraal staan.
