OLM Consultants seeks a Technical Account Manager to drive commercial development in North Belgium for industrial maintenance and repair. You will visit sites, analyze maintenance needs and discuss solutions with technicians and engineers.
The role blends hands-on technical dialogue with proactive sales, requiring regular customer visits across Vlaanderen and the Benelux. Collaboration with production, supply chain and internal sales teams is essential, with SAP and SigmaNEST as key tools.
Qualifications
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in technische B2B-sales en industriële maintenance.
- Sterke technische achtergrond en begrip van onderhoudsproblemen.
- Ervaring binnen cement, beton, steengroeven, metaalrecycling of zware industrie.
- Vloeiend Nederlands; Professioneel Frans en Engels.
- Bereidheid om regelmatig klanten in Vlaanderen en de Benelux te bezoeken.
Responsabilités
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe business in Noord-België
- Prospecteren en opbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties
- Klantbezoeken op locatie 2–3 dagen per week
- Analyseren van technische maintenance- en repairbehoeften
- Offertes opstellen en opvolgen
- Verkooptraject beheren van prospectie tot bestelling
- Samenwerken met productie, supply chain en interne teams
- Lezen en interpreteren van technische 2D-tekeningen
