Accent Jobs for People NV in Belgium is seeking an industrial operator to work on-site at the Balen site. You will operate installations, perform small maintenance, and monitor processes to detect and intervene quickly. Two shifts: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.

For the job as an industrial operator, you will perform the following tasks:You work by hand and also operate installationsYou will be permanently deployed at an industrial site in BalenYou operate the machines to achieve the best result. In doing so, you keep a close eye on the installation and the process, so that you notice malfunctions quickly and can intervene in time.You are responsible for maintenance of the installation (carrying out small mechanical maintenance).You normally work in 2 shifts, from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm from Monday to Friday.

You are handy, learn new things quickly and preferably have relevant work experience in working with an industrial installation (filter press, overhead crane).You also like to work occasionally next to the machine and are responsible for sampling.You have no problem with repetitive tasks and mainly work indoors.You are practical and technically minded.You are punctual, orderly and not afraid to take responsibility.You place a high value on safety. You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it.Preferably: you can get to the site in Balen.You want to work in 2 shifts: from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday.
