In4Matic is seeking an experienced technical lead to drive a migration initiative, combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You will own the application landscape within the team and guide both new initiatives and maintenance of existing solutions.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, maintainable outcomes while embedding security and best practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical leadership and coding experience.
• Experience delivering with .NET and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to translate requirements into solid technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to the development team.
• Take final technical responsibility for software systems within the application team.
• Contribute to development work including coding, feature delivery, and bug fixing.
• Prepare release docs, infra requests, and deployment materials.
• Handle configuration changes with infrastructure teams.
• Design scalable, reliable systems aligned with standards.
• Refine requirements with analysts and translate to technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and support QA activities.
• Monitor and improve application performance.
• Embed security best practices in decisions and designs.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies to strengthen the platform.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues.
