Accent is seeking an on-site foreman in Belgium to lead operations for ground anchoring and micropiling projects. You will guide a small team, coordinate daily tasks, and work closely with the werfleider to maximize efficiency while maintaining strict safety and organisation on site.

Daily duties include equipment maintenance, on-site administration, and reporting to the werfleider, ensuring projects run smoothly and safely from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction teams on active sites.
• Proven ability to supervise daily site operations and logistics.
• Strong focus on safety, order, and site administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead ground anchors and micropiles with a specialized drilling rig.
• Exercise operational leadership on the site and supervise a team of 2–3.
• Collaborate with the site manager to optimize efficiency on site.
• Ensure safety, order and tidiness are prioritized during works.
• Maintain the drilling machine daily and ensure team equipment is cared for.
• Report to the site supervisor and maintain site administration.
