Voor ons nieuw Albert Heijn filiaal in Haacht zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider.

Jobomschrijving

Als teamleider sta je in voor de verwerking van de goederenstroom en de verwelkoming van onze klanten met een perfect gevulde en nette winkel:

• Je coacht een team van zo’n 10-tal winkelmedewerkers en brengt een positieve drive in het team.


• Als ware multitasker organiseer je de verschillende taken van het team en steek je ook zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen.


• Je bouwt een persoonlijk contact op met klanten voor wie je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent.


• Als voortrekker ben je een inspiratie voor je medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een klantgerichte dynamiek in het team en een 'happy work place'.


• Je groeit uit tot het gezicht van een sterk merk en leidt je eigen team.
