Concordia Textiles in Waregem is seeking a Teamlead Discontinue Ververij to ensure smooth daily operations of the department. You will monitor the dyeing process, manage planning and ensure production, quality and capacity are aligned efficiently.

The role requires hands-on approach, technical interest and strong coordination with production and engineering teams to drive improvements and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Translate macro production planning into an efficient daily plan and adjust based on priorities, available capacity, staff, machines and materials.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer to address deviations, technical problems or quality issues and determine the most effective course of action.
• Respond quickly to deviations, technical issues or quality problems and work with colleagues to find practical solutions.
• Organize the daily operations of the team and ensure efficient staffing, work allocation and absence tracking.
• Support and coach the operators, encourage smooth collaboration and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as labs, planning, technical service and other production areas.
• Analyze the department's performance and actively participate in improvements related to efficiency, quality, capacity and process optimization.
