JOB DESCRIPTION

You manage various projects from A to Z. From planning and designing to implementation and deployment, you work together with your colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.

You are responsible for the management and maintenance of infrastructure, both internally and for clients. This includes preventive maintenance as well as resolving operational technical (infrastructure) incidents, problems, changes, or user requests (ITIL). You automate processes to maximize efficiency.

You contribute to setting up and documenting internal network infrastructure, processes, procedures, and interfaces.

You stay up to date with the latest developments and introduce new technologies to clients. You are a reliable point of contact for clients, assisting them with questions or issues.

You work both internally and on-site at client locations when necessary.

You report to the Head of the Systems Department.

WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?

Je bent gepassioneerd door ICT en hebt zo aantoonbare relevante kennis in minimaal enkele van onderstaande vak domeinen:

• Virtualisatieplatformen gebaseerd op VMWare vSphere en/of Hyper‑V.
• Containervirtualisatie (dockers)
• Recente Windows Server besturingssystemen en Windows Server Failover Clusters.
• Linux besturingssystemen (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, SLES, …)
• Azure Cloud
• Automatisatie van serverberheer met Ansible
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows Defender ATP en/of andere Microsoft Cloudtoepassingen.
• Switching, routing en firewalling, Cisco/Fortinet.
• Storage technologieën gebaseerd op Dell-EMC, HP storage
• Monitoring en back-up producten zoals Nagios, Veeam, Veritas.
• SQL Server, Exchange Server, Sharepoint, IIS, Linux, Debian, Clustering, load balancing.
