In this role you will manage, install and optimize IT infrastructures for multiple clients, analyze incidents, resolve complex issues, and contribute to infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• You manage, install and optimize IT infrastructures at various clients.
• You analyse incidents, resolve complex technical problems independently and proactively suggest improvements.
• You work on support tickets as well as larger infrastructure projects, where you monitor planning and follow-up yourself.
• You advise clients on performant and secure IT solutions and support colleagues from your area of expertise.
• You ensure clear documentation, knowledge sharing and proper communication with clients and colleagues.

Jobomschrijving

• Je beheert, installeert en optimaliseert IT-infrastructuren bij verschillende klanten.
• Je analyseert incidenten, lost complexe technische problemen zelfstandig op en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
• Je werkt aan supporttickets als aan grotere infrastructuurprojecten, waarbij je zelf de planning en opvolging bewaakt.
• Je adviseert klanten over performante en veilige IT-oplossingen en ondersteunt collega\'s vanuit jouw specialisatie.
• Je zorgt voor duidelijke documentatie, kennisdeling en een correcte communicatie met klanten en collega\'s.
