Michael Page is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader for a growing manufacturing client in Belgium. The role focuses on end-to-end operations with high visibility and autonomy, overseeing planning, inventory, and logistics across the business.

The candidate will drive KPIs, forecasting accuracy, stock management and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a cross-functional team and coordinating with production and procurement. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English is mandatory.
