Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics professional for the Willebroek site (BE) to support the Supply Chain & Logistics Lead on a global ERP project. The role covers demand planning, stock management, and logistics flows, with an emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in supply chain or logistics, SAP/ERP experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supply Chain or Logistic role
• Experience with ERP-systems is required, SAP is an advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge of and experience with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Teams)
• You are motivated, pro-active, hands-on mentality and think solution-oriented
• You work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• You are stress-resistant, flexible and can cope well with change
• Ideally an excellent command of Dutch, English is mandatory

Responsabilités

• Host meetings with different departments to adjust the forecast to market changes
• Manage stock replenishment for the Willebroek warehouse
• Verify SAP stock and conduct weekly/monthly controls and yearly inventories with stakeholders
• Liaise with 3PL on transport, KPIs, complaints, returns, and costs
• Adjust S&OPs to current processes and verify invoices from third parties
