Description du poste

The Supply Chain Assistant works within the Fleet Department. Fleet Department provides services to thebusiness by making sure our vessels are available, reliable, and certified for operations. The mission of theFleet Department is to ensure maintenance, service, repairs, and modifications are executed in a safe,sustainable, and efficient way.

As Supply Chain Assistant you are responsible to carry out that mission together with the purchaser toensure that all stocks are ordered on time and work package are being prepared and transport documentsare made.

Besides this feel comfortable with below:

• Ensure stock levels are kept between minimum and maximum in Marad.
• Purchase parts to support maintaining the stock levels in Marad.
• Prepare work packages for the on-shore and near-shore fleet.
• Preprae purchase packages for the offshore fleet.PPE inventory, handout and inventory in Phronesys.
• Anticipate in the logistics process drive up to suppliers for picking up ordered items, bookingcourier pick-up for items that need to go for overhauling to third parties etc.
• Keeping stock, replenishing of the Food & Drinks storeroom.
• Take charge of ordering all consumables needed and create POs for these orders.
• Track inventory levels in Marad and make sure all spare parts / consumables stock are kept up todate and replenished as needed by ordering new supplies in a timely manner.
• Create a system where all incoming and outgoing items are logged with the name, date etc. of therequester.
• Assist with delivery of spares to the HUB and vessels.
• Lead by example in demonstrating correct behavior regarding QHSE.
  Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

What do we expect from you?

• You obtained a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Knowledge of marine technical parts is a plus.
• You have one year of relevant experience.
• You have good English skills, both spoken and written.
