MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor in Hasselt to welcome customers, offer tailored styling advice, and help them explore our collection with a friendly, personalized approach.

You will guide sizing, fit and product heritage while contributing to a warm store atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable.
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer.
• Customer oriented and able to tailor advice to individual shoppers.
• Passionate about styling and able to suggest alternative products.
• Interested in fashion and retail with a positive attitude toward MR MARVIS.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming customers and explaining brand concept to inspire exploration of the collection.
• Advising on products, quality, heritage and sizing with confidence.
• Providing expert styling advice to help customers find the right fit and outfits.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the shopping experience and assist with tailoring or refreshments.
• Maintaining an attractive store appearance and atmosphere.

About The Job

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

What’s on a typical to-do list:

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?

• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both Dutch and English?
